Further to the suspension of its American Depository Receipt (‘ADR’) Program and the publication of a Books Closed Notice on 21st January 2009, Anglo Irish Bank Corporation Limited announces the formal termination of the ADR facility after the requisite 90 days notice period effective 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on March 9, 2010.
